Role Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfilment activities.
Contract duration - 3 month with possible extension
Work Environment
- On-site warehouse support role
- May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operations
- Install and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices
- Maintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilities
- Coordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendors
- Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users
- Work with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred)
- Experience supporting scanners, printers, and end-user devices
- Basic knowledge of networking and Windows environments
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in warehouse environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience supporting logistics or distribution operations
