Location : Spring, Texas, United States (On-site)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python & React) to join our team onsite in Spring, Texas. This is a long-term contract opportunity to work on high-impact trading platforms used globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
- Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React
- Develop and optimize APIs for high-performance systems
- Work with DBT for data transformation and engineering workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (engineering, product, data)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
- Ensure code quality, performance, and system reliability
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python (APIs, async programming, data processing)
- Proficiency in React (modern component-based architecture)
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of scalable and high-availability systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
- Exposure to data engineering workflows
- Experience working in trading/financial platforms (nice to have)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional global teams
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
