About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer with AI/LLM experience to join a high-impact engineering team. This role focuses on building scalable, modern applications while integrating AI-driven development practices into the software lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise across backend services, frontend development, and cloud-native technologies, along with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for coding, testing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET (C#), Angular, and/or React
- Build and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data layers
- Develop responsive, high-performance UI components with a focus on usability
- Integrate AI/ML tools and LLM-based solutions into development workflows
- Contribute to an AI-first engineering culture, including AI-assisted coding and test automation
- Implement and enhance test automation frameworks across multiple layers (unit, API, UI, performance)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
- Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience (strict requirement; do not exceed 10 years)
- Strong backend development experience with .NET / C# and API development
- Strong frontend experience with Angular (preferred) and/or React
- Experience working with service-oriented or microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML or LLM tools into development workflows
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Active LinkedIn profile (required for submission)
Technical Skills
- .NET (C#) for backend services
- Angular (preferred) or React for frontend development
- Database design and optimization (SQL Server, NoSQL)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Test automation frameworks across multiple layers
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
- Exposure to AI-powered test automation frameworks
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems architecture
