I’m reaching out to share an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Analyst I position with our client, based in Tulsa, OK (Onsite). This is a great role for professionals with strong Excel skills and experience in fleet, logistics, or operations.
Job Details:
- Position: Fleet Analyst I
- Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite)
- Duration: Contract (initial duration to be discussed)
- Pay Rate: $26/hour on W2
- Industry: Oil & Energy
- Experience Level: Associate (3–5+ years preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support fleet lifecycle operations with a focus on data accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate dashcam ordering, installation, and connectivity
- Maintain fleet inventory records and motor vehicle specifications
- Prepare and analyze fleet reports using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, HSEI) and third-party vendors
- Assist with cost analysis and fleet optimization decisions
- Provide timely updates and support to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, supply chain, operations, or related fields
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Experience with fleet programs, telematics, or dashcam systems
