Title- Storeroom Attendant
Duration- 3-month contract to permanentLocation- North Charleston, SC, 29405
Shift Timings- Mon-Fri, 7:00 am- 3:00 pm
Pay Rate- $23.00/ hr.
Summary
- Storeroom Attendant is an individual contributor positioned within a customer’s location to fulfil daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of customer and/or client inventory. They are responsible for maintaining a professional, clean, and organized work environment.
- HOURS: Mon-Fri 7 am-3 pm
- There is a daily maintenance meeting at 7 am; temp will be required to attend.
- Temp position; possibility for temp-to-hire for the right candidate.
- Will use personal vehicle to travel to 2nd plant a few times a week to load vending machines and POU areas.
- Will load vending machines and POU areas.
- Will issue parts and materials.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory is helpful.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs unassisted.
- Worker must have good customer-service skills and must be punctual and reliable.
- Steel toe or safety shoes required.
- Customer service skills are required as this is a customer-facing position.
- Computer skills needed; will train on internal client systems.
- Will assist with receiving.
- Facility does not have AC. Can get hot in the summer. There are mandated water breaks and large fans to keep cool.
- No forklift.
