- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Schedule: Associates may be required to work weekends, potentially at least one day each weekend. Candidates must have flexibility to work assigned hours and holidays as needed.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate manufacturing and warehouse operations within a large, fast-paced production facility.
This position will focus on maximizing production efficiency, delivering quality products on time, achieving plant goals, developing employees, and maintaining a strong culture of safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in a production environment and a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate manufacturing and warehouse functions within a complex, high-volume production facility.
- Lead daily production activities to achieve operational, quality, safety, and financial objectives.
- Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of short- and long-term plant goals and action plans.
- Utilize technology, Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement processes to maximize efficiency.
- Identify and promote cost-saving initiatives.
- Create a work environment that promotes trust, teamwork, quality, safety, and accountability.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop production employees.
- Direct a diverse workforce and ensure effective staffing and workflow.
- Monitor production performance and address operational issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and policies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve production and operational challenges.
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- 1+ year of experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at various levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and utilize additional business and production applications.
