Job Description
- Primary Skill Required for the Role
- Commercial HVAC Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Level Required for Primary Skill
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Additional Skills Requested for Role
- Universal EPA 608 Certification (Mandatory)
- Mechanical maintenance background
- Packaged HVAC systems maintenance and repair
- Preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance
- Electrical and plumbing troubleshooting
- Building automation systems (BAS) knowledge
- Fire/Life Safety systems experience
- MEP systems understanding
- CMMS / work order management experience
- Commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond to emergency/on-call situations
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between sites
- Experience working in mobile/service technician roles
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders
- Safety compliance and OSHA awareness
- Professional attitude and interview presentation skills
