Position: Dispatch Support
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
Pay Rate: $23/hour (W-2)
Location: Union, NJ 07083 (Hybrid – 1 to 3 days onsite per week)
Position Overview:
We're seeking a Dispatch Support professional to join a scheduling team responsible for coordinating customer service requests and supporting daily field operations. This role involves dispatch coordination, scheduling, and administrative support to ensure timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to schedule service appointments
- Dispatch technicians and field personnel for emergency and scheduled service calls across the Tri-State area
- Maintain and update workforce scheduling systems with weekly and monthly assignments
- Assign work orders to field teams through the dispatch system
- Retrieve service records and supporting documentation as needed
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as required
