Summary
- A Day Porter is responsible for keeping the building clean, orderly, and well-maintained during the day. The role includes performing general maintenance and upkeep across both floors of the building, along with other related duties as needed.
- As a result, the work will be intermittent and not continuous or consistent.
Requirements
- Responsible for performing general cleaning and light maintenance duties throughout both floors of the building.
- Duties may include maintaining cleanliness and appearance of common areas, restrooms, offices, and other assigned spaces; restocking supplies; removing trash; addressing minor maintenance needs; and assisting with other building-related tasks as needed.
