Position: Chargeback Analyst
Location: Draper, UT 84020 (Hybrid – Onsite Mon/Tue/Thu, Remote Wed/Fri. Transitioning to fully remote in September.)
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $27/hr on W2

Requirements:
- 2+ years of chargeback/payment card risk management experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- 2 rounds of 1:1 video interviews (Hiring Manager & Senior Dispute Analyst)
